GP Services are commissioned by integrated care boards (ICBs) overseen by NHS England on a regional and national basis.

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GP's working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. 

The average pay for GP's working in St James Health Centre in the financial year 2024/2025 was £69,252 before tax and national insurance. This is for five part-time GPs.
